Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BuilderForge (the "Service"), provided by Eurhosting SHPK, a company registered in the Republic of Albania under registration number (NIPT) M52305043P, with registered address at Sallmone, Shijak, Durres - Albania ("Eurhosting", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Licensee", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

BuilderForge is a white-label, AI-assisted website builder made available to hosting companies under a license. Licensees connect BuilderForge to their own KeyHelp hosting panel and offer it, under their own brand and domain, to their end clients ("End Clients"), who use it to design, generate, and deploy websites to hosting accounts that the Licensee controls.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business subscribing to the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by your End Clients.

3. Subscription, billing and trial

• The Service is offered as a single annual license at €5 per year, billed automatically through our payment processor, Stripe.
• New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the first annual period, and thereafter on each renewal date unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe; Eurhosting does not store your card details.

4. Domains and white-labeling

A license does not include a pre-assigned domain. After activation, you may add and manage the white-label domain(s) on which the Service is presented to your End Clients from your dashboard, on servers you control.

The €5/year license fee covers use of the Service on one wildcard domain (*.yourdomain.tld), i.e. your root white-label domain and all of its subdomains. Additional, unrelated domains are not included in the base license and must be purchased separately.

5. Your own AI provider

BuilderForge connects to the AI provider of your choice using an API key that you supply and control (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or a self-hosted Ollama instance). All costs charged by your chosen AI provider are your sole responsibility, and you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms of use. Eurhosting does not mark up, resell, or guarantee the availability of third-party AI providers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, including Albanian and, where relevant, European Union law;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Generate, host, or deploy unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious content;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related infrastructure.

You are responsible for the conduct of your End Clients and for any content generated or deployed through your license.

7. Intellectual property

Eurhosting retains all rights, title, and interest in the BuilderForge software and platform. Websites generated by you or your End Clients using the Service belong to you or your End Clients, as agreed between you, subject to any rights of the underlying AI provider and any third-party assets used.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eurhosting's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Eurhosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Albania.
