This Privacy Policy explains how Eurhosting SHPK (NIPT: M52305043P, Sallmone, Shijak, Durres - Albania — "Eurhosting", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with BuilderForge (the "Service"). We process personal data in accordance with Albanian Law No. 9887, dated 10 March 2008, "On the Protection of Personal Data," as amended, under the oversight of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP) of Albania. Where our Licensees or their End Clients are located in the European Union, we also aim to align our practices with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

1.1 Licensee account data

When you subscribe to BuilderForge, we collect the information needed to create and operate your license account, including:

• Company or business name;
• Contact email address (used as your login);
• A securely hashed password;
• Domain(s) you choose to add to your license;
• Billing and subscription status, provided to us by Stripe (we do not receive or store full card numbers).

1.2 Payment data

Checkout and billing are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your payment card details directly and shares with us only the information necessary to identify your subscription (such as your email, name, and subscription status). 1.3 Data generated through use of the Service

As a hosting company using BuilderForge, you and your End Clients may input business information, assets, and content used to generate websites. This data is stored to operate the Service and is not used by Eurhosting for any purpose beyond providing, maintaining, and supporting BuilderForge, unless you instruct otherwise.

1.4 Website analytics

This marketing website (builderforge.eu) uses a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics script to measure aggregate traffic — such as page views, referrers, and approximate country of origin. It does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not collect your name, email address, or other data that directly identifies you. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How we use personal data

• To create and manage your license account and authenticate access;
• To process payments and manage your subscription, trial, and renewals;
• To send transactional emails (e.g. welcome and account emails) via our email provider, Brevo;
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Third-party processors

We share limited personal data with the following processors, strictly as needed to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
• Brevo — delivery of transactional (non-marketing) emails such as account welcome messages;
• stats.mailprofessionale.com — cookieless, aggregate website analytics.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable data processing terms.

4. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your license is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 6, subject to those obligations.

5. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

7. International data transfers

Our infrastructure and processors may be located in Albania, the European Union, or other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
